Q What is Home Service Plus+?

      A Home Service Plus+ is an exciting new service program designed exclusively for residential customers. For one simple delivery fee, the water dispenser, and quantity of all natural spring water, of your choice is provided.  Customers will chose the desired quantity of water that is reasonably needed for consumption in the home from one of four plan levels. 

Q How much is the delivery fee?

     A There are four plans to choose from depending on your water consumption requirements:

Plan           - $ 29.95 per delivery

Plan           - $ 39.95 per delivery

Plan       - $ 49.95 per delivery

Plan  - $ 59.95 per delivery

Each one of your deliveries will be billed to your credit card once a month.  All plans requires a 12-month service agreement.

 

Q Is there a set up charge?

   A Yes a one-time setup fee is due at the beginning of service.  Fees are based on the plan that you choose:

Plan           - $ 30.00 setup fee

Plan           - $ 40.00 setup fee

Plan      - $ 50.00 setup fee

Plan   - $ 60.00 setup fee

Q Can I pay by Check?

   A Credit card payments are required to participate in this program.

Q Why should I choose Home Service Plus+ service instead of the conventional water service?

    A Home Service Plus+ makes water service easy.  With a conventional water service you may have rental charges, bottle deposits and bottles you may not need.   Home Service Plus+ removes all these issues.  We simply provide you with a water dispenser and make regular deliveries to insure that you have plenty of water for one flat rate. 

Q What type of water dispensers are there to choose from?

   A There are five types of dispensers in a variety of styles and colors to choose from.  All of our water dispensers are made by the leading manufacturers in the industry.

Q How much water will I get on the initial delivery?

   A That depends on which plan you choose.  With all plans we will put one bottle on your dispenser and leave you the remaining number of bottles necessary to provide the maximum number of bottles for the plan your have chosen. 

 Plan  - will receive up to a maximum of 4 Bottles  

 Plan  - will receive up to a maximum of 6 Bottles  

 Plan  - will receive up to a maximum of 8 Bottles

 Plan  - will receive up to a maximum of 10 Bottles

Q How often will a delivery be made to my home?

   A Deliveries will be made every four weeks.  If you will not be home, a designated place around your home such as the back porch or garage will be designated for you to leave the empty bottles that will be replaced with full bottles.

Q How will I know the when the route salesman is coming?

   A The next delivery date is printed clearly on the bottom left side of your delivery ticket.  Plus our route salesman will contact you before each delivery to remind you to leave your empty bottles outside. 

Q What if I forget to leave my empty bottles out for the route salesman? 

   A If you do not speak with the route salesman before your delivery, or simply forget, and no empties are out, he will leave the average number of full bottles that you usually take, and pick up all your empties on your next regularly scheduled delivery.  

Q What happens if I run out of water?

   A  You have a few options to consider if you run out of water between deliveries.  You can discuss the situation with your route salesman or a customer service representative and decide to move up to the next Home Service Plus+ plan level, or you may purchase additional water at list price without any change to your plan.  Diamond Springs has plenty of water options, including cases of water in .5 liter, 20 ounce and 1 gallon sizes.  Any additional purchase of 3 or 5 gallon bottles will include bottle deposits. 

Q What happens if the water dispenser stops working correctly?

   A Call us.  If we cannot resolve the issue over the telephone, a replacement water dispenser will be brought to you as soon as a convenient time can be scheduled. 

Q Can you change the type of dispenser you have?

   A Absolutely.  The water dispensers can be changed once within the existing service agreement time frame at no additional charge with the acceptance of a new 12-month service agreement.  Otherwise a $ 30.00 exchange charge will apply. 

Q Does the service agreement renew automatically?  

   A Yes, the service agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis after completion of the first 12-month period. 

Q Is there a cancellation fee for ending the service agreement before the 12-month period?

   A Yes.  Either the remaining service charges per the service agreement or $ 99.00 will be due; whichever is less.  

Q At the end of the service agreement, are you required to return the equipment?

   A With the termination of service, the water dispenser, and all 5-gallon bottles must be returned or a $ 250.00 charge for the dispenser and $ 10.00 for each water bottle will immediately apply.

Q How do I sign up?

   A Call Diamond Springs at 800-715-2286.  One of our service providers will take all of the information needed to complete the service agreement and make arrangements to schedule the first delivery. 

Q How long will it take to get my first delivery?

   A Your initial delivery of the water dispenser and 5-gallon bottles of natural spring water will be delivered in the next few days as soon as a convenient time can be scheduled.

Q Is Home Service Plus+ available for my business?

   A No.  Home Service Plus+ is designed strictly for residential customers.
